Abigail Williams sign with Blood Music. New album is in the works.

Blood Music is extremely proud to present to its roster – Abigail Williams!
Coming full circle since the label's inception, Abigail Williams was the second band the label ever released on vinyl. The band is now recording their as-yet-untitled fifth album to be released in full via Blood Music in 2017.
Abigail Williams has been a decade-long forum for [band mastermind and production engineer] Ken Sorceron to explore his vast interest in various black metal production techniques. The band has effortlessly shapeshifted from Emperor official-inspired symphonic black metal [little known fact, Trym Torson actually performed drums on most of the band's debut “In the Shadow of a Thousand Suns”] to Cascadian-inspired black metal on the band's incredible “Becoming” to the raw, chewing-on-broken-glass breakthrough “The Accuser,” which was one of the best releases of 2015.
The band finally hit their stride with their last two albums and are moving forward with a sound somewhere between “Becoming” and “The Accuser,” with the more raw, psychedelic bent being splintered out to the spin-off project The Accuser.
That's right, there are two albums currently in development, with the upcoming Abigail Williams album already mentioned at the top of Metal Injection's most-looked-forward to albums of 2017.
In addition to being one of the main vinyl engineers for Blood Music releases (having remastered everything from Perturbator to Ihsahn -Official- to Ensiferum), Sorceron is also currently finishing up vocal duties on the new The Facelessalbum and will be joined again by Jeff Wilson (Abigail Williams “The Accuser,” Wolvhammer, Chrome Waves, ex-Nachtmystium).
The Abigail Williams and The Accuser albums are both written. Next up is going in to record. Both albums are slated for completion and release through Blood Music in 2017.
